Calibrated Components and Engineering
Precision in every detail

About CCE
Whether you need a custom component designed from scratch, an obsolete part recreated, or a complete engineered solution, I combine innovation and precision to deliver it. At Calibrated Components and Engineering, my expertise spans SolidWorks design, reverse engineering, 3D scanning and printing, custom fit motorsports grade wiring, sheet metal and tubular fabrication, rapid prototyping, and bespoke component manufacturing.
I hold a Professional SolidWorks certification, and an Associates of Applied Science in Automotive and Motorsport Technology. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering. Alongside that education, I spent a couple years at Modern Racing in Mooresville, NC, working alongside top talent in the industry — hands-on experience that grounds my engineering in real world motorsports, not just theory.
My Services

SolidWorks Design & Reverse Engineering
I design and reverse-engineer complex components for industrial and automotive clients — whether that starts with your concept or with a part in hand. High-accuracy 3D scanning captures precise geometry when I’m working from an existing piece, and SolidWorks CAD turns either process into a manufacturable model. Every part is built for accuracy, fit, and performance.

Bespoke Components & Rapid Prototyping
I turn digital designs into physical parts through 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and one-off manufacturing — printing in engineering-grade materials like PA612-CF15 and ASA for parts that need to perform. From functional prototypes and replacement parts to fully engineered solutions, every component is built to spec, with CNC machining available through a trusted machine shop partner and low-volume production on request.

Motorsport Grade Wiring Design to Installation
I build professional motorsport-grade wiring harnesses. Every harness is custom fit to your application, built with Tefzel wire and MIL-spec bulkhead connectors, protected with Raychem DR-25 sleeving in harsh environments and PET or fiberglass “snakeskin” sleeving for a serviceable finish — all assembled with meticulous attention to detail for your restomod, race car, or specialized system.
